One-on-one training provides personalized, one-on-one support tailored specifically to the individual’s needs, treatment history, and recovery goals. These sessions allow for close monitoring, modifications, and a pace that respects energy levels and physical limitations. With full attention from a qualified cancer exercise specialist, clients receive customized workouts that focus on improving strength, mobility, endurance, and confidence—while also addressing side effects like fatigue, neuropathy, or limited range of motion. It’s a safe, empowering way to rebuild health and regain control during or after cancer treatment.

Small group fitness training offers an affordable way to train in a supportive, safe, and still personalized environment. These sessions typically include 2-4 participants and are led by a qualified trainer with experience in cancer exercise. The focus is on improving strength, stamina, balance, and overall well-being, while considering each person’s unique treatment history, energy levels, and physical limitations. The group environment fosters motivation, accountability, and social connection—helping survivors feel empowered and less isolated during recovery.
